Customer Support Policy
Enerdyne offers a comprehensive support system for prospective purchasers of telescopes, spotting scopes, binoculars, microscopes & magnifiers, and accessories.
Please call 231-271-6033 M-F or e-mail to confer with one of our optical specialists or astronomy/environmental sciences professionals. We offer precise advice as to which products which will best serve your needs and describe performances which you may realistically expect.
We strongly encourage customers to visit our store in Suttons Bay, MI for consultation with our specialists in order to compare options and participate in hands-on instrument demonstration, evaluation and instruction.
You may purchase packaged instruments shipped directly from the manufacturer or choose instruments which have been assembled and inspected by our specialists at no additional charge.
In either case, the instruments purchased are backed by both the manufacturers'
warranty and by Enerdyne's full service policy. If, despite Enerdyne's process for encouraging educated choices, you should encounter difficulties concerning manufacturing defects or usage of the equipment, simply contact Enerdyne for resolution!
In addition to the instrument usage support described above, Enerdyne offers current observation information and Astonomy news in the monthly Skies News publication. Also, "Star Parties" are frequently scheduled for owners of observing equipment from Enerdyne so that they may obtain assistance as they learn to operate their equipment and receive support and camaraderie from other novices and experienced astronomy buffs.
